Este normal s\u0103 ai \u0219i\u00a0griji \u0219i temeri, este nes\u0103n\u0103tos sa ai doar griji \u0219i\u00a0temeri.\u00a0Cel mai des \u00eent\u00e2lnite forme ale anxiet\u0103\u021bii\u00a0sunt anxietatea generalizat\u0103, tulburarea de\u00a0panic\u0103 (cu sau f\u0103r\u0103 agorafobie) \u0219i fobia social\u0103.\u00a0Ansamblul tulbur\u0103rilor anxioase afecteaz\u0103\u00a0via\u021ba a circa 14,6% din ansamblul popula\u021biei.\u00a0At\u00e2t femeile c\u00e2t \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bii pot afecta\u021bi de\u00a0tulburarea de anxietate generalizat\u0103, prezent\u0103 la\u00a0aproximativ 4,5% din totalul popula\u021biei.\u00a0Numai 10% dintre pacien\u021bi, \u00eens\u0103, cer ajutorul\u00a0specialistului. Ceilal\u021bi consult\u0103 medici\u00a0generali\u0219ti care prescriu de regul\u0103 calmante ale\u00a0c\u0103ror efecte nu dureaz\u0103 \u00een general mai mult\u00a0dec\u00e2t perioada administr\u0103rii.\u00a0Cu toate c\u0103 anxietatea generalizat\u0103 poate fi\u00a0mai pu\u021bin alarmant\u0103 dec\u00e2t atacurile de panic\u0103 \u0219i\u00a0agorafobia, 5% din cei care dezvolt\u0103 aceast\u0103\u00a0tulburare v tr\u0103i cu ea tot restul vie\u021bii,\u00a0devenind \u00een timp vulnerabili \u0219i la alte tulbur\u0103ri\u00a0ca panica, agorafobia (izolare social\u0103), depresia\u00a0\u0219i complica\u021bii ale acesteia (suicid, tulbur\u0103ri\u00a0alimentare etc.)<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po\u021bi suferi de anxietate generalizat\u0103 dac\u0103 ai:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. tendin\u021ba la \u00eengijorare persistent\u0103 de minim 6 luni cu\u00a0privire la profesie, s\u0103n\u0103tate, familie etc.<br \/>\n2. lipsa controlului voluntar asupra \u00eengrijor\u0103rilor;<br \/>\n3. Cel pu\u021bin 3 din urm\u0103toarele:<br \/>\n&#8211; agita\u021bie, surescitare<br \/>\n&#8211; oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; insomnie de adormire sau trezire<br \/>\n&#8211; tulbur\u0103ri de concentrare<br \/>\n&#8211; iritabilitate, furie<br \/>\n&#8211; tensiune muscular\u0103<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po\u021bi suferi de tulburarea de panic\u0103 dac\u0103 ai:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Atacuri de panic\u0103 \u00een mod repetat (palpita\u021bii \u0219i spaima\u00a0de moarte iminent\u0103, le\u0219in sau \u201dnebunie\u201d, senza\u021bie de\u00a0sufocare\/nod \u00een g\u00e2t, transpira\u021bie \u0219i senza\u021bie de \u201drece pe\u00a0\u0219ira spin\u0103rii\u201d sau bufeuri de c\u0103ldur\u0103, furnic\u0103turi la\u00a0nivelul m\u00e2inilor sau picioarelor, ame\u021beal\u0103, vedere\u00a0\u00eence\u021bo\u0219at\u0103)<br \/>\n2. Expunerea la situa\u021biile sociale de care te temi\u00a0provoac\u0103 invariabil anxietate care se poate\u00a0manifesta sub forma unui atac de panic\u0103<br \/>\n3. Ai tendin\u021ba de a evita situa\u021biile sociale de care te\u00a0temi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terapia cognitiv-comportamental\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 eviden\u021bieze interac\u021biunile subtile dintre cogni\u021bie, emo\u021bie \u0219i comportament. Aceste triade\u00a0reprezint\u0103 cercuri vicioase rigide \u0219i\u00a0autopoten\u021biatoare care men\u021bin \u0219i amplific\u0103 \u00een\u00a0timp tulburarea.
