Aceast\u0103 istorie se grefeaz\u0103, \u00een cele mai multe cazuri, pe evenimente din copil\u0103ria mic\u0103, constituindu-se adev\u0103rate filtre pe care omul le folose\u015fte mai t\u00e2rziu pentru a evalua persoane \u015fi situa\u0163ii, propria persoan\u0103, pentru a se compara cu ceilal\u0163i, pentru a vedea succes sau insucces \u00een propriile ac\u0163iuni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pe c\u00e2t de laborios sau fictiv sun\u0103, g\u00e2nde\u015fte-te c\u0103 un mare analist comportamental a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at porumbei s\u0103 joace ping-pong \u015fi maimu\u0163e s\u0103 piloteze rachete spa\u0163iale, folosindu-se de sisteme de \u00eentarire relativ simple. Dac\u0103 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 efectul demotivant \u015fi inhibator al ac\u0163iunii, al implic\u0103rii, al resemn\u0103rii sau complacerii \u00eentr-o situa\u0163ie, se mai adaug\u0103 \u015fi consecin\u0163ele imaginii pe care \u015fi-o creeaz\u0103 \u00een fa\u0163a superiorilor \u015fi, implicit, nemul\u0163umirea acestora privind randamentul angajatului in cadrul serviciului, e\u015fecul este prescris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pe de alt\u0103 parte, exist\u0103 oameni care se comport\u0103 \u00eentr-o organiza\u0163ie ca \u015fi cum ar considera jobul unicul motiv pentru a tr\u0103i, at\u00e2t de activi \u015fi at\u00e2t de implica\u0163i \u00een proiecte, avizi de aten\u0163ie \u015fi foarte bine v\u0103zu\u0163i de ceilal\u0163i, chiar invidia\u0163i. La un moment dat, \u00een cazul acestui tip de oameni, de multe ori randamentul profesional cunoa\u015fte o pant\u0103 descendent\u0103, abrupt\u0103, uimindu-i pe colegi \u015fi \u015fefi. Comportamentul lor organiza\u0163ional, profesional, supraomenesc \u015fi irepro\u015fabil nu reprezint\u0103 altceva dec\u00e2t \u00eencerc\u0103ri disperate de a fugi \u015fi de a se ascunde, de a contrazice propriile lor etichete, propriile lor standarde \u015fi a\u015ftept\u0103ri personale care le ghideaz\u0103 implicarea \u00een organiza\u0163ie. Aceste standarde sunt uneori at\u00e2t de \u00eenalte \u00eenc\u00e2t, chiar dac\u0103 pe cei din jur \u00eei impresioneaz\u0103 cu reu\u015fitele lor, ele \u00eei condamn\u0103 la o nemul\u0163umire ascuns\u0103 \u015fi nu lipse\u015fte decat o conjunctur\u0103 nefericit\u0103 \u00een care nu mai pot face fa\u0163\u0103 sau vor fi cople\u015fi\u0163i, moment \u00een care se instaleaz\u0103 depresia,\u00a0anxietatea, etc, ceea ce reprezint\u0103 o confirmare a etichetelor pentru aceast\u0103 tipologie de angaja\u0163i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un alt tip de angajat este individul forte, persoan\u0103 ce evit\u0103 munca \u00een echip\u0103 de dragul de a rezolva singur, de a demonstra, lucruri care relev\u0103 despre el nevoia de siguran\u0163\u0103 \u015fi teama de e\u015fec. Aceste \u00eengrijor\u0103ri \u015fi nevoi \u00eei pot determina pe unii angaja\u0163i s\u0103 fie at\u00e2t de minu\u0163io\u015fi, \u00eenc\u00e2t marea parte a muncii lor const\u0103 \u00een verific\u0103ri \u015fi reverific\u0103ri ale taskurilor, proiectelor, \u00eenc\u00e2t de multe ori \u00eent\u00e2rzie predarea la timp a acestora, p\u0103r\u00e2nd pentru colegi sau superiori persoane \u00eencete sau lente. Ceea ce st\u0103 la baza unui astfel de comportament este convingerea c\u0103 orice gre\u015feal\u0103 oric\u00e2t de mic\u0103 ar fi reprezint\u0103 o catastrof\u0103. Persoane ce au aceea\u015fi convingere pot evita implicarea \u00een diverse proiecte ale organiza\u0163iei, p\u0103r\u00e2nd pentru ceilal\u0163i lene\u015fi, demotiva\u0163i sau neinteresa\u0163i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aceste tipologii, mai exist\u0103 desigur multe altele, de exemplu, cei cu fobii sociale sau persoane cu trac de public, care evit\u0103 pe c\u00e2t posibil implicarea \u00een brainstorminguri, \u015fedin\u0163e sau luarea de decizii. De asemenea exist\u0103 persoane care pur \u015fi simplu par c\u0103 merg la serviciu doar pentru remunera\u0163ie, total dezinteresa\u0163i, un motiv fiind acela c\u0103 pentru ei jobul nu este foarte important sau nu sunt multumi\u0163i de domeniul de munc\u0103 ales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">__________________________________________<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>\u00cen loc de concluzie<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Indiferent de tipologie, la baza lipsei de randament st\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna o perturbare a echilibrului emo\u0163ional, mai profund\u0103 sau mai superficial\u0103, mai evident\u0103 sau mai ascuns\u0103.
